Welcome to Resurge Music Festival. By accessing this website, purchasing tickets, registering, volunteering, vending, sponsoring, or attending the festival, you agree to the Terms of Service below. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or participate in the Event.
Festival Overview
Resurge Music Festival is a Christ-centered, family-friendly live music and worship event. Our mission is to glorify Jesus Christ, foster community, and create a safe, joyful experience for all.
Code of Conduct
All attendees, artists, vendors, volunteers, sponsors, and guests are expected to: – Act with respect, kindness, and integrity – Follow all festival rules, venue policies, and staff instructions – Refrain from unsafe, illegal, disruptive, or offensive behavior
Resurge Music Festival reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual who violates these standards, without refund.
Tickets & Registration
- All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated
- Event details, schedules, artists, and locations are subject to change
- Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced
Assumption of Risk
Attendance at a live music festival involves inherent risks, including crowds, weather, noise, physical activity, and other hazards. By attending, you voluntarily assume all associated risks.
Liability Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Resurge Music Festival, its organizers, staff, volunteers, partners, sponsors, vendors, and venue owners from any claims or damages arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Minors
Children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Parents and guardians assume full responsibility for minors attending the festival.
Vendors, Volunteers & Sponsors
Participation as a vendor, volunteer, or sponsor is subject to additional agreements and policies. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund or compensation.
Prohibited Items & Activities
Prohibited items may include illegal substances, weapons, unauthorized alcohol, and offensive or inappropriate materials. All persons and belongings may be subject to search as permitted by law.
Photography & Media Release
By attending Resurge Music Festival, you grant permission for your likeness, image, and voice to be photographed or recorded and used for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without compensation.
Intellectual Property
All website and festival content, including logos, branding, and media, are the property of Resurge Music Festival and may not be used without written permission.
Privacy
Personal information collected through this website or the festival will be used solely for event-related purposes and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Changes & Cancellation
Resurge Music Festival reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, safety concerns, or emergencies. Refunds or credits, if any, are issued at our discretion.
